Group Discussions: An Efficient Collaboration Solution
Group discussions use device linkage to make group collaboration more organized and results display more intuitive, improving the efficiency of collective discussions.
During Discussion: Real-Time Interaction
Each group is equipped with a touch screen. Members’ ideas can be entered by handwriting or speech-to-text and are automatically organized into a mind map. Groups can push content to each other for reference, and a mentor can view the progress of each group in real time through a terminal to provide precise guidance.
During Presentation: Multi-Screen Linkage
The results of each group can be mirrored to a main screen in a split-screen view with a single click. It supports cross-group annotation and questions. The main screen automatically summarizes common viewpoints and differences, eliminating the waiting time for rotating presentations.
Hardware Adaptation
A small discussion room is equipped with 4-6 touch screens + a main display screen, which supports group discussions for 10-30 people. For larger venues, a cloud synchronization function can be added to support cross-regional remote discussions.
This solution makes the discussion process traceable and the results easy to consolidate, helping to achieve efficient outcomes.
