Screen casting – How is it easier to cast a screen on a mobile phone? These three methods will take you 5 minutes to learn

Mobile screen mirroring has now become a necessity for the public, especially with the recent high incidence of influenza and many schools suspending classes. So when working from home or taking online classes, it’s very convenient to use a mobile phone for screen mirroring. Many people think that mobile phone screen mirroring is complicated, but in fact, it is not. Below are three commonly used and simple mobile phone screen mirroring methods!

Method 1: Wireless screen projection

Advantages: No need for other accessories, simple and fast

Shortcomings: The device itself needs to support related functions

Android phones use Miracast screen mirroring protocol, while Apple phones use AirPlay screen mirroring protocol. However, the prerequisite is that the TV at home supports Miracast and AirPlay protocols.

The operation steps are very simple, only 3 steps are needed:

1. First, confirm that the wireless display or projection function of the TV is turned on. The steps for different brands of televisions may vary slightly.

2. Pull down the notification bar on your phone and turn on the 【 WiFi 】 and 【 Wireless Screen Projection 】 switches; Open [Screen Mirroring] on your iPhone, and the phone will automatically search for screen mirroring devices. Follow the prompts to select the TV you want to project and connect it;

After successful connection, the phone screen can be directly projected onto display devices such as TVs.

Method 2: Type-C adapter screen projection

Advantage: No network required

Shortcomings: Need to connect accessories

This method belongs to wired screen projection, which is not limited by the network and has a more stable connection. The Type-C adapter cable is a Type-C interface at one end, and the other end can be HDMI, VGA, DP, DVI, and other interfaces, mainly depending on what interface the display device at home has.

The operation steps are as follows:

1. Insert the Type-C interface of the adapter cable into the phone end; Insert the HDMI adapter cable into the corresponding TV interface;

2. Switch the signal source of the large screen display device to the corresponding interface;

After selecting the signal source, it is generally possible to directly project the screen successfully.

Method 3: Dock Docking Station

Advantage: Can connect to mouse and keyboard

Shortcomings: The connection is slightly complex and requires the phone itself to support PC mode

The DOCK docking station is also wired for screen mirroring, not limited by network limitations, and has more functions. In addition to the basic screen mirroring mode, it can also connect the phone to a mouse and keyboard, and use the phone as a computer. This method is slightly more complex than the first two, but it is also more comprehensive in terms of functionality for daily office work, live teaching by teachers, and large screen gaming needs of professionals in the workplace.

The operation steps are as follows:

1. Insert the Type-C interface on the front into the phone;

2. Take an HDMI cable and connect it to the HDMI interface of the docking station and the TV separately;

Normally, after a successful connection, the phone will directly project the screen without the need for any other settings.

At this point, pull down the mobile notification bar to switch between mobile mode or computer mode.

In addition to the above three methods, you can also use the Bijie wireless screen projection terminal. If it is for home use, BJ60S is sufficient, with small size, full functionality, and high cost-effectiveness; If it is for enterprise office use, you can choose the BJ66 wireless conference terminal, which has a more stable and high-definition screen projection, and supports BYOM wireless conferences, resulting in higher office efficiency.
