What’s wrong with wireless projection not showing the full screen?

Nowadays, it is more and more common to use mobile phones and computers to project the screen, such as remote conference, online class, meeting, watching TV series, fitness and so on. However, in the process of screen projection, we often encounter some problems, such as screen failure, black screen, no picture or no sound and so on.

Have you ever done this with your phone? The center of the TV shows only portrait of the phone, but the two sides are black. The solution is as simple as playing your phone’s video in landscape.

Pairing could not find the device

First check whether the phone and TV are on the same local area network (WiFi) and whether the network is stable. After the confirmation, restart the router to refresh the network. After a few moments, turn on the screen projection function of the mobile phone terminal and the TV terminal, and re-pair.

If the network is fine, you can reboot the TV and pair it again. If the problem persists, it is probably due to router setup. In this case, the two devices must be connected to the same router network. Turn off the AP isolation switch in the background of the router.
