- No device can be found for pairing
First check whether the phone and TV are on the same local area network (WiFi) and whether the network is stable. After the confirmation, restart the router to refresh the network. After a few moments, turn on the screen projection function of the mobile phone terminal and the TV terminal, and re-pair.
If the network is fine, you can reboot the TV and pair it again. If the problem persists, it is probably due to router setup. In this case, the two devices must be connected to the same router network. Turn off the AP isolation switch in the background of the router.
- Black screen delay
The black screen occurs during screen projection because the content version is limited and the video can only be viewed by clients. Of course, it is not excluded that there is a problem in the operation of the device, then you can try to shut down the phone or TV and restart it again. It may also be because the network is unstable, which affects the stability of the screen projection and causes the loss of video signals in the transmission process. In this case, you need to check the network and perform screen projection after the network is stable.
- There is sound but no picture
If the TV shows only sound but no picture during screen projection, it may be caused by insufficient cache during screen projection. At this time, you need to close the projection screen, take out the TV remote control, long press the power button for about 5 seconds and then release. This frees up memory for the TV, allowing it to rescreen and display the picture.
In another case, if the player of the mobile phone is not compatible, then the TV and video signal may not be compatible. At this time, if you use this player to projection screen, the picture may not be displayed. At this time, you just need to change the player on the phone and play the projection screen again.
